Zippy the Pinhead

Zippy the Pinhead by Bill Griffiths was a favourite cartoon as was his catchphrase - Yow, am I having fun yet. When 22 Palmer Lane got a much needed rescue from rot - very different to a renovation - Maggie took to spraying the walls with Zippy lines.
